Mainer Associates was appointed by Caddick Construction Ltd to carry out Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Costing for the redevelopment of Harrogate College. In addition, we will be picking up the BREEAM Design Stage Assessment.

The project will see the demolition of the existing main college building and the creation of a new green technology-focused campus at Hornbeam Park’s business estate. Backed by £20 million from the Department for Education and an additional £2 million from the Luminate Education Group, the new hub will support local and regional skills development.

Construction is set to begin soon, with the new facilities scheduled to open in the 2026 academic year.
