Wythall Green
As part of our engagement with IM Properties Development Ltd, Mainer Associates was appointed to establish the BREEAM strategy, targeting a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’, as well as deliver the Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA), BREEAM Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and BREEAM Life Cycle Costing (LCC) for the Wythall Green development. In addition, we provided planning support services and prepared a Climate Change Adaptation Report to accompany the proposals for the site.
Wythall Green comprises approximately 1.26 hectares of land adjacent to the existing Wythall Green Business Park, forming part of IM Properties’ wider sustainable development ambitions. Our work ensures that the project is assessed against best-practice standards in embodied and operational carbon, sustainability, and long-term economic performance, while also embedding resilience to future climate change risks - supporting IM Properties’ Sustainable Futures agenda.
Through our assessments and reporting, the Wythall Green scheme will be able to demonstrate robust sustainability credentials, cost-effective life-cycle performance, and climate-adapted design - reinforcing its suitability for modern, forward-thinking development in accordance with planning and environmental best practice.
