Mainer Associates was appointed by MEP Designer, PSH Consulting Ltd, to deliver the BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out assessment for The Dacre, targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

The project modernises this partially occupied office and retail space, retaining much of the existing structure while introducing sustainable design features, including reclaimed materials, a new glass corner for natural light, larger floorplates with outdoor terraces, and a flexible central core. These upgrades enhance energy efficiency, occupant wellbeing, and long-term adaptability.
