Mainer Associates was appointed by Bowmer & Kirkland as Carbon Reduction Specialist for the Island, a landmark, net zero carbon office development delivering 100,000 sq ft of smart-enabled workspace.

Our role included providing embodied carbon management from strategy through implementation, and supporting the project’s ambition to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’, WELL-enabled standards, EPC A, and a 5-star NABERS rating.
