Mainer Associates has been appointed by Glenbrook Ltd and Bowmer & Kirkland as the BREEAM Residential, Home Quality Mark (HQM) Assessor for the Kirkstall Road residential development in Leeds. Mainer will also be responsibleb for delivering Whole Life Carbon Assessments.

The scheme includes 618 high-quality build-to-rent apartments across five buildings on a 5.12-acre site next to the River Aire. It features over 10,000 sq ft of resident amenity space - such as a lounge, co-working hub, gym, private roof terraces - and nearly 4,000 sq ft of commercial space, all set within a landscaped public realm.

Sustainability is central to the design, with air source heat pumps and rooftop solar panels helping to offset building energy demand. Completion is expected by the end of 2027.
