Mainer Associates was appointed by AECOM to support New England Biolabs in leading the BREEAM Refurbishment & Fit-Out Assessment and serve as BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP), targeting a BREEAM ‘Good’ rating.

The 2,900 m² fit-out at Milton Park transformed a blank-shell facility into a state-of-the-art laboratory and office space, designed with sustainability at its core. The project prioritised energy efficiency, low-impact materials, and long-term environmental performance to support NEB’s commitment to responsible science and innovation.
