Mainer Associates was appointed to deliver a Stage 2 Whole Life Carbon Assessment for the proposed hotel development at 9-12 New College Parade, London. The scheme will feature a high-quality, five-storey hotel comprising 53 guest rooms.

Working in partnership with Zenko, we supported the project’s sustainability ambitions by assessing carbon impacts across the building’s entire lifecycle. Our contribution supported the project’s planning application through completion of the WLCA to the GLA’s Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessment criteria.
