Our work included BREEAM New Construction Assessments, acting as the BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP), and providing Acoustic Consultancy, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA), and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) at Design Stage. These services supported MEPC’s goal of creating high-performance, future-ready industrial spaces within this leading UK hub for advanced engineering, innovation, and enterprise.
