We’re proud to share that we've been appointed by Commercial Services Design Limited to deliver BREEAM and Whole Life Carbon Assessment (WLCA) services for the landmark 88 Royal Mint Street development in London.
 
This impressive Wilde Aparthotels scheme spans over 320,000 sq ft, featuring a 463-bedrooms and 79 luxury residential apartments.
 
The project is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ for the hotel and commercial elements, reflecting our shared commitment to sustainability and environmental excellence.
 
Set for completion in 2028, 88 Royal Mint Street will be a standout destination in one of London’s most historic areas - and we’re thrilled to play a part in bringing it to life.
