Mainer Associates is supporting Bowmer & Kirkland with the Whole Life Carbon Assessment for the Sutton Bonington development in Loughborough.

The project involves enhancing and improving the existing Sutton Bonington Primary School provision, including a full refurbishment and thermal performance upgrade of the EFAB building. By integrating advanced technologies and best-practice design, the development is targeting Net Zero Carbon in Operation for the new EFAA, aligning with high environmental standards and industry benchmarks.
