Mainer Associates worked with KAM Consultants Ltd to finalise the post-construction BREEAM assessment for Unit 1 at Panattoni Park Borehamwood - a purpose-built, circa 20,000 sq ft industrial warehouse with an 8 m haunch height and integrated two-storey office space. Our work supported the project in achieving a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, reflecting strong environmental performance and sustainability credentials.
