Mainer Associates was delighted to support Warwick Burt Construction Ltd with the BREEAM Post-Construction Assessment for two new industrial warehouse units (21,528 sq ft and 25,867 sq ft) at Anglia Way, Northampton, designed with sustainability at their core, and achieving its BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.

Both units incorporate energy-efficient building fabric, electric vehicle charging points, and adaptable mezzanine spaces to promote long-term flexibility and reduced environmental impact. Our assessment confirmed performance against BREEAM standards, helping ensure the development delivers lasting operational and environmental benefits.
