Our project provides a speculative office tower as part of a wider development, including 500 build-to-rent apartments across two towers (15 and 18 storeys), alongside 15,000 sq ft of resident amenities, ground floor commercial space, and landscaped terrace gardens overlooking the River Aire. Designed with a strong emphasis on low carbon performance and sustainability.
