Mainer Associates delivered multiple BREEAM assessments for the Monks Cross, York development, including 10 Retail and 1 Bespoke for the community stadium and centre.

Working closely with the project team, we supported compliance with stringent planning and tenant sustainability requirements, recommended fabric efficiency improvements, and advised on renewable energy strategy. Our input led to a key change from ASHPs to solar PV, providing a more suitable solution for the site and securing a significant increase in BREEAM credits.
