95 Milton Park

Mainer Associates was appointed by Buckingham Group to deliver BREEAM consultancy services for 95 Milton Park - an innovative commercial development located in the heart of Oxfordshire’s premier science and business park. Working closely with MEPC and the wider design team, we successfully guided the project to achieve its ambitious BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.

The building was designed with sustainability at its core, featuring high-performance materials, energy-efficient systems, and a strong emphasis on long-term environmental performance. Our role included providing early-stage design advice, coordination of evidence, and ongoing support through the construction phase to meet the project's environmental targets.
